Was able to come out within a couple hours, provided a thorough education on water heater parts and the inner-workings, and gave an honest recommendation. While we did not need specific service today, we will absolutely be calling Gabriele for any plumbing needs and will definitely have him replace our water heater in the next couple years. There was a leak in the irrigation system due to old pipes and water was seeping through the wall and under the carpet. We also had an issue with our toilet that he took a look at and instead of just making up a job, he educated us on it’s current condition, let us know that he would let it run for awhile and what repairs to potentially anticipate in the future. He was extremely responsive every step of the way from the initial consult, scheduling, rescheduling, the repair, and the thorough report with pictures and videos of the job once he finished.
